Enlightened: Six month Program ~ My signature program ~ During my signature six month program I will work with you one-on-one to look at how all areas of your life affect your health as a whole. My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.
Committed: Three Month Program ~ Containing elements of my six month program, this condensed version will take an in-depth look at your existing diet and lifestyle practices and will see us work together to find an optimal diet and exercise regimen that works specifically for you. This program also involves a complete pantry makeover, along with shopping lists, recipes and shopping advice.
Speedy Success: Six Week Program ~ Over six weeks we'll do three health coaching sessions together where we will review your existing diet and lifestyle practices and make subtle changes to improve your overall health. This program may also be suited to you if you need help in determining food intolerances, are transitioning to a gluten-free diet, or simply need some support in finding a way to eat that works for you.
Too Busy to Commit: One-off Diet and Lifestyle Review ~ Could you benefit from some straightforward advice on how you could improve your diet and lifestyle, but don’t have time to commit to one of my programs? Then my diet and lifestyle review is perfect for you. After completing a food diary and lifestyle assessment form, we will have a one-off health coaching session together face-to-face or over over Skype. Following this, you will receive a series of recommendations tailored specifically to your needs.
